YOGA ET YOGA THERAPIE – Stage de Yoga à Montagny (19km de Lyon-France). PRESENCE EXCEPTIONNELLE DES PROFESSEURS INDIENS du Krishnamacharya Yoga Mandiram, école de T.K.V Desikachar (Chennai – Tamil Nadu) STAGE AGREE FNEY pour la formation continue des professeurs.
Deux formats de stage : FORMAT COURT, les 03 et 04 Août 2019 (Prix 160€) / ou FORMAT LONG, du 03 au 08 Août 2019 (Prix 460€)
Le format court convient aux pratiquants n’ayant pas la possibilité de prendre une semaine de congés, ou aux pratiquants n’ayant pas l’habitude de suivre une semaine de stage.
Le format long convient aux pratiquants habitués aux stages longs, aux professeurs de yoga en formation ou diplômés.
La venue de nos amis et professeurs indiens du KYM, tous deux élèves de T.K.V Desikachar, sera un merveilleux moment de partage autour du yoga de Krishnamacharya. Nous pourrons aisément passer de la pratique du Yoga à l’approche de la Yoga-thérapie.
Vous aurez la chance de recevoir l’enseignement de V. Srinivasan et Nrithya Jagannathan, 2 professeurs indiens, formés par T.K.V Desikachar. Ils viennent tout spécialement en France pour ce stage. Leur enseignement riche, clair et précis vous permettra de découvrir le yoga tel qu’il est enseigné en Inde, dans la tradition de Krishnamacharya.
L’enseignement sera donné en ANGLAIS , avec traduction française possible. Nous demandons aux stagiaires d’avoir un minimum de bases en langue anglaise.
Les cours seront donnés au Domaine de Tournadieu à Montagny (69700). Situés à 19 kms du centre-ville de Lyon, nous vous accueillerons dans une maison de maître du XVème siècle, dans un domaine de 3 hectares, en pleine campagne. La salle intérieure est aménagée pour l’enseignement pratique et théorique, et un espace est prévu pour pouvoir pratiquer à l’extérieur, selon le temps.
L’hébergement et la restauration ne sont pas inclus dans le stage. Des locations en airbnb sont possibles. Lors des temps de pause, des fruits-boissons-petits gâteaux vous seront offerts. Nous vous demandons de prévoir votre déjeuner chaque jour.

The short size suits to the followers having no possibility of taking a week of vacation, or to the followers who are not used to follow one week of internship.
The long size suits to the followers who are used to follow long internships, to the professors of yoga in teacher’s formation or diploma .
The coming of our friends and Indian professors of the KYM, both pupils of T.K.V Desikachar, will be a wonderful time of sharing around the yoga of Krishnamacharya. We can easily learn about the practice of Yoga and the approach of Yoga-therapy.
You will be lucky to receive the teaching of V. Srinivasan and Nrithya Jagannathan, 2 Indian teachers, formed by T.K.V Desikachar. They come quite specially in France for this internship. Their precious and rich, clear and precise teaching will allow you to discover the yoga such as it is taught in India, in the tradition of Krishnamacharya.
The courses will be teached in ENGLISH, with a possible French translation. We ask to the trainees to have a minimum of bases in English language.
The courses will be given at the Domain of Tournadieu in Montagny ( 69700 – France). Situated 19 km from the city center of Lyon, we shall welcome you in a host house of the XVth century, in a 3 hectare domain, in the countryside. The internal room is fitted out for the practical and theoretical teaching, and a space is built to be able to have a practice outside, according to the weather.
The accommodation and food are not included. Rents airbnb are possible. During break times, fruits-soft drinks-snacks will be complimentary. We ask you to plan your lunch every day.
